QUANTUM / RealSpace PRO 9000 - RECALL FOR REPAIR

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The repair kit is FOR USE ONLY with Quantum Real Space PRO™ Model 9000 Series mid-back and high-back model chairs sold between May 2006 and August 2009, and having seatbacks that are attached to the chair by TWO (2) bolts. This repair kit is NOT TO BE USED with any Quantum chair whose seatback is attached to the chair by FOUR (4) bolts. If the seatback of your Quantum chair is attached by four (4) bolts you need do nothing further other than periodically check those four (4) bolts for tightness as set forth in the instructions that came with your chair.
